Our Group Fitness instructors are all nationally certified as well as our NASM certified Personal Trainers. We have a registered RD on staff as well. Racquetball, Basketball, Rockclimbing, 2 great big pools, 2 more lap lane pools and a fantastic child care.
Our Child Center offers many on-site programs which will keep your kid's active and happy.
